Duenweg Celebration Day-Booth Information

1. Booth fees will be $25.00. Booth space will be limited.
The Duenweg Park Board reserves the right to have any items we deem questionable or in poor taste removed from the premises. 2. All booths will be reserved only upon receipt of fees paid in full and paid in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS !! BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 3. Booth Size: 10' x 10'. Out of consideration for your neighbors, everything must remain inside the allotted area. For those with trailers larger than a single booth space, you will need to pay for an additional space. 4. Activities will begin Saturday, September 17, 2011, promptly at 1:00 PM. 5. Booth Setup Times will be Saturday, September 17th from 11 AM to Noon, and must be taken down no later than 6:00 p.m. Should you need any additional information, please feel free to call Billie Ingram at 624-4979 or Melinda Ingram at 499-9594 or at the Duenweg City Hall 623-2027 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., M-F. Should you not get an answer, please leave a message with your name and number, and someone will return your phone call. Thank you for your interest in sharing in the fun with us.
